It was December 22nd 2013 when the HubSpot sprocket first found its way into our Agency DNA. This was the day BrandManager ‘signed up’ as a customer to this new innovative marketing platform. Months before this, as team captain I had been searching for a new league for us to play in as I noticed the old marketing playing field changing. In the traditional game of marketing and advertising the results were just not there – television and radio were struggling to engage with an audience, print was being replaced by digital and social media was the new benchmark. That’s when we discovered inbound marketing – a new way of marketing that was in a league of its own.
